Beyonce's people are not happy about several embarrassing photos that are floating around the internet.
Beyoncé's energetic Super Bowl performance came with its own fan-filled audience, a contribution from her rapper husband Jay-Z and a costume wild enough to enrage animal rights protestors. One thing the singer didn't plan for, however, was "unflattering" photos.
It appears not even divas are immune from an awkward snap, and when American website Buzzfeed decided to publish 33 of the less photogenic photos of Beyoncé's performance, news site Gawker found out that her publicist called for them to be taken down.
The publicist sent an email to Buzzfeed "respectfully asking" that they remove some of the "unflattering" photos, specifying seven in particular as "the worst". Buzzfeed's piece, which claims the photos show Beyoncé's "fiercest" moments from the show and prove that 2013 is the singer's year, remains intact. The images capture Beyonce dancing and singing enthusiastically in fishnet tights, knee-high heeled boots and a leather bodysuit, which is an arguably admirable feat.
