We first told you about @HPERprobsUARK over a month ago.
If you remember, someone was getting attention because they were sneaking pics of people using the HPER, which is the gym on the University of Arkansas campus.
We actually spoke with this person via twitter. Here's what they had to say about it.
Apparently, the story didn't end there.
The dude behind @HPERprobsUARK has been arrested. The story has gone international.
A University of Arkansas student faces two counts of video voyeurism as authorities say he posted pictures of men changing in the university locker room to a joke Twitter account.
Caleb Kordsmeier, 21, was arrested Tuesday by Arkansas police who had been investigating a Twitter account called @HPERprobsUARK that they said he operated.
The account posts embarrassing pictures of students and faculty working out at the University of Arkansas' Health, Physical Education and Recreation center.
Here's what @HPERprobsUARK tweeted to us the other day:

For the record, I'm on this dude's side. I've tried tweeting to him, but I'm blocked. I'd love to post these addresses so people can help him out.
Social media is still a new beast. We all have to remember that we can get in some major trouble for all this stuff. If what HPERprobs is saying above, I'm totally on his side. I'm pretty sure that the lesson has been learned here. Watch what kind of pics you're putting on social media. If it involves other people, be very careful.
A $70K fine? That's a little much. Let's drop these charges and move on.
Good luck @HPERprobs!
