Participate in Local Job Fair |
On October 31, 2011, our stations participated in the Rogers/Lowell Chamber of Commerce Career Fair at John Q Hammons Center in Rogers, Arkansas. Station participants included our Sales Manager, Account Executives and Operations Assistant, who manned a booth to distribute employment information and applications. Our stations broadcast on-air announcements and hosted a live remote to promote the job fair as well. |
[1]On September 16, 2011, the actions necessary to consummate the assignment of license for station KYNF(FM), Cedarville, AR (Facility ID 70257) from Cumulus Licensing LLC (“Cumulus”) to Volt Radio, LLC, as Trustee, were completed (see file no. BALH-20110331AJQ). Pursuant to the underlying trust agreement, KYNF(FM), though not licensed to Cumulus, continues to share employees with Cumulus’ Fayetteville, AR, station employment unit and its recruitment activity is reflected in this report
[2]On September 16, 2011, the actions necessary to consummate the transfer of control of the stations in this employment unit were completed. See Existing Shareholders of Cumulus Media, Inc., et al., 29 FCC Rcd. 12956 (2011). As a result, the timeframe for this report is an abbreviated one, beginning on September 16, 2011 and terminating on January 21, 2012, pursuant to the FCC's grace period policy.
